Our Meeting Process

Michael Piershale

Information Meeting

Our first meeting involves two things: conversation and data gathering. We will talk at length about your goals, your views on risk, and your experience as an investor. We'll also ask you to bring along any important documents, including tax returns, financial statements, wills, etc.

Presentation Meeting

In this meeting we deliver a customized plan along with your personal Financial Action Checklist. This includes personal solutions that integrate investment planning, tax reduction planning, retirement income and distribution planning, and family wealth planning.

Implementation Meeting

After we've presented and thoroughly explained our recommendations, we'll ask you to sleep on things before making a commitment. Then, with your approval and any necessary adjustments, we'll implement your customized financial plan.

Review Meetings

Our last step involves the ongoing process of making sure that your plan is big enough to adapt as your life and the markets change. By actively monitoring your portfolio's progress and consistently communicating with you, we'll make adjustments as necessary to keep your plan the right size to meet your goals.
